Hey there, how's it going?
I hate to admit it but I really don't get how to use unique visitor and page view data, Google Analytic numbers or Feedburner stats to get a good sense of how many people are subscribing to my blog.
Although I am curious, I am really not about the numbers. I am more interested in you, the people. We've got a nice little community going on here so I'd like to get to know a little about you.
I'll start by linking you to a little info about me here, here, and here. Now it's your turn. Tell me, and the rest of the world, a few things about yourself.
Here are a few ideas to get you going:
- Where are you from?
- What are you most proud of? Link to it if you can!
- Do you blog? If so, include your website address so we can check you out!
Share some tasty little tidbit about yourself. If you're not ready to leave your mark, simply take a few minutes to read the comments from others or find your way around the blog. No matter what you choose to do, thanks for visiting and for being part of the community in your own way.
I'm glad you are here.

I know you know who I am, but in for your readers I will add that I am an HR Technology guy based out of Rochester, NY. I blog at www.steveboese.squarespace.com, where I cover HR Tech topics, teaching, and barbecue.
I am pretty proud of the HR Happy Hour shows that Shauna Moerke and I do on Blog Talk Radio, you can check those out here - http://www.blogtalkradio.com/Steve-Boese.
Thanks Lisa and keep up the great work!
Thanks for the invitation to share information.
Yes, I blog too, but am new to it and have no idea about the numbers. And, even if I did, I'd be like you-- wanting to get to the "people" side of it anyhow.
I'm a lifelong Midwesterner and have built a career in the "people" space-- HR, Training, Organizational Development. My proudest professional accomplishments are centered on things that aren't necessarily visible to others-- helping a leader who's struggling with a "blind spot" or coaching non-training professionals on how to make presentations. Seemingly small stuff to the outside world, but huge to the individuals dealing with the challenge.
I invite you to weigh in on "mastering the people equation" at www.jennifervmiller.com. You'd probably like it there.
Thanks again,

My wife. She is simply amazing. My blog is another growing thing that I really take a lot of pride in.
http://upstarthr.com is mine. A lot of people are now reading UpstartHR (I CAN read the numbers, Lisa). :-) I can't wait to put out my new video. It should get some laughs and stimulate some thoughts. Maybe even "HR Thoughts!" :-)
I'm an organizational scientist, specifically trained in industrial/organizational psychology (no Ph.D., yet). I get my jollies by finding organizations with problems and using the best science to try to fix those problems.
I just moved to the Milwaukee area, I spent the past few years in the Chicago suburbs, but originally hail from Deep South Texas.
I have a blog (its pretty decent, if i do say so myself. Check it out http://deltaorg.wordpress.com/
